The Role
Are you passionate about construction quality, technical problem-solving, and helping customers achieve the highest installation standards? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Support Specialist to join our Technical team. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly on construction sites, building strong customer relationships, and delivering practical technical support that helps ensure products are installed correctly and perform as intended.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will act as the link between customers and ARC's internal teams, providing on-site support, training, and technical guidance across projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
In this role, you will:
- Carry out scheduled and reactive site visits across the UK and Ireland
- Review product installations against approved ARC guidance and project specifications
- Provide practical on-site technical support to installers, contractors, and site teams
- Identify installation issues, capture evidence, and escalate concerns where required
- Deliver product demonstrations, installation training, and toolbox talk sessions
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, installers, and colleagues
- Share site feedback and recurring issues with technical, sales, and product development teams
- Maintain accurate site visit records, inspection notes, and follow-up actions
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a construction, site-based, technical, or field support role
- A confident communicator who can explain technical information clearly and practically
- Customer-focused and skilled at building positive working relationships
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Observant with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement
- Collaborative and passionate about continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience
- Construction, technical, installation, or product support background preferred
- Knowledge of construction site practices and installation processes
- Experience working with contractors, installers, or site teams
- Experience delivering training, toolbox talks, or product demonstrations desirable
- Full UK driving licence essential
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required
- A-Levels or construction/technical qualifications desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland
- Comfortable with regular overnight stays, typically 3-4 nights per week
