We have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join us on a major high profile project in Bedfordshire.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the commercial management of projects from inception to completion
- Assisting with procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
- Preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations
- Managing variations, change control and commercial risk
- Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Working closely with delivery, design and supply chain teams
- Ensuring commercial processes align with company standards and best practice
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or the built environment
- Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes
- Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
- Experience on medium to large construction projects is beneficial
