ABOUT YOU

You are a qualified NDT Technician with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and delivering accurate inspection results. You hold PCN Level 2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), with Phased Array and Eddy Current qualifications or experience being advantageous. You enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, are comfortable travelling to sites across the UK, and can adapt to changing priorities and project requirements. You take pride in producing clear, accurate reports and understand the importance of working within audited quality systems. Most importantly, you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to develop your career in Non-Destructive Testing.

Required skills and experience:

  • Ultrasonic Level 2 PCN
  • MPI, DPI Level 2 PCN
  • Phased Array Level 2 PCN or experience (preferred)
  • Eddy Current Level 2 PCN (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and projects

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a growing Site Services team where no two days are the same. This role offers the opportunity to work on customer sites across the UK, carrying out a variety of NDT inspections, while also supporting work within our Derby laboratory. You'll be part of a business that invests in its people, offering ongoing training and the chance to develop advanced inspection skills, including Phased Array. Working closely with customers and quality auditors, you'll play a key role in delivering high standards of service and technical excellence. Key activities:

  • NDT Inspection predominantly on customer’s sites, but will also involve working in our Derby Laboratory
  • Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Magnetic and Penetrant inspection
  • Training in advanced methods such as Phased Array
  • Provide accurate reporting on completion of projects
  • Willingness to learn and develop NDT career with a flexible attitude to a changing environment
