It uses best in class equipment, which enables the site to deliver significant environmental benefits. The low-energy building is the flagship development within the 2 Sisters group.

Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Trainer to join the team in Thetford.
The hours of work and shift patterns: Nights 18.00 - 06.00 on a 4on, 4off rotation basis.
The rate of pay: £15.25 per hour (+10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am)
As a Site Trainer with 2 Sisters Food Group, you will be working closely with our factory colleagues delivering training on the production lines and at times in the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate will have some factory knowledge, but this is not essential. You must be confident to deliver training so excellent verbal communication skills are key as your audience will consists of different nationalities. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a friendly and helpful approach and will enjoy seeing people learn and develop.

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver instructional content in a clear and effective manner, ensuring comprehension among all employees. To provide the necessary support, to enable the operatives to reach Customer and Company standards.
- Create a supportive training atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration both in a classroom and shop floor environment.
- Calibrate with all departments to ensure compliance training is delivered, within the required timeframe, and any issues are highlighted ASAP.
- Ensure all signed training records are placed onto the Matrix, scanned and placed within their personal file.
- To maintain adequate training records for auditing purposes.
- Stay updated on educational trends and methodologies to continuously improve teaching strategies.
- In addition, you must be prepared to make any reasonable requests made to meet the business needs of the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate with good typing skills and confidence in using a range of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize their workload effectively along with good customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
- Qualified in ‘level 3 in education and training’ would be advantageous but, not essential as we will invest in the right candidate.

Compensation: GBP 14.61 - GBP 16.07 - hourly
