Site Vetting Officer (Full-Time) G4S Sizewell C

Key Responsibilities

  • Vetting administration and verification responsibilities for the contract.
  • Focal point for local vetting enquiries.
  • Verification of BPSS vetting casework.
  • Interfaces internally with other vetting team members, training, HR and externally with contractor organisations.
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements for vetting on site are complied with by all staff and contractors.
  • Processing of valid clearance applications according to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensuring only valid clearance applications are submitted to the Client’s Central Vetting Service.

Profile

Educational Requirements/Qualifications

  • A good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in following quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Prior experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office packages

Specific occupational requirements

  • Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance Vetting
  • UK Driving License is essential
  • Able to produce a five year verifiable work history
