About the Role
The Student System Team are responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Student Record Management System – SITS by Tribal Group – to ensure that the system remains fit for purpose for its wide range of users. This role will primarily serve as a liaison between the Student System Team and the business to help the team understand the requirements of the business for further improvements and developments in SITS.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Student System Team and the business.
- Understand and communicate business requirements for improvements and developments in SITS.
Work Arrangements
- Hybrid working available.
- Expected to be in Portsmouth a few days each week.
- One day on campus every five weeks for team meetings.

- Fixed-term contract until 12 May 2028.

Salary Information:
- New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe.
- A higher starting salary or market supplement may be available for a truly exceptional candidate when circumstances fully justify a departure from our normal policy.
