Location: Northern Ireland - Belfast / Lisburn
Hours Per Week: Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Skilled Labourer Will

  • Be an experienced plasterer capable of internal skimming, dry lining, and external rendering on our project sites. You will ensure all surfaces are prepared properly and finished.
  • Carry out planned and reactive works as required within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications
  • Working either as part of the project team or reactive maintenance teams completing small maintenance tasks under the instruction of a local site supervisor/Helpdesk without local supervision
  • Able to carry out works as per agreed timeframes ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled
  • Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings, civil works (paving, concreting, bricklaying, tiling, curbing, fencing, small tarmac repairs), site clear ups, small roofing repairs, patching & painting
  • Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers
  • Sites Waste Management
  • Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.
  • Will be comfortable working at height

About You

Desirable Criteria:

  • Current full UK drivers licence
  • Having previously engaged with Employment & Skills
  • Knowledge of the Trade/Building industry
  • Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card
  • Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
  • Plant Operator Licenses – Digger, MEWP, telehandler, Dumper, Trailer etc.
