Skilled Multi-Trader (Flexible/Subcontractor)
Location: Bexhill On Sea
Rate: £150-£240 Per Day: Competitive, based on experience.

We are a growing business looking for a versatile, reliable Multi-Trader to join us on a flexible basis. We handle everything from high-end renovations to essential site preparation. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled pair of hands to help us deliver high-quality results across a variety of domestic and commercial projects.

While we cannot guarantee 40 hours every week immediately, we aim to keep a steady flow of work for the right person as our project pipeline grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Carpentry: First and second fix.
- Surface Finishing: Painting, decorating, and dry lining.
- Plastering & Rendering: Including render hack-offs and traditional plastering.
- Renovations: Full internal rip-outs and structural prep.
- Landscaping: General outdoor structural and aesthetic work.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: You must be a "true" multi-trader with a solid background in the trades listed above.
- Tools & Transport: Must have your own reliable van/transport and a full set of professional tools.
- License: A valid, full UK Driving License is essential.
- Reliability: As a growing business, we need someone who shows up on time and takes pride in a clean, professional finish.
- Communication: Ability to work independently and update us on project progress.
