Join Pilgrim’s Europe as a Skilled Operator in Redruth

We are looking for a motivated candidate who will play a vital role in delivering high quality products while supporting our commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Information

  • Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £620 per week
  • Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
  • Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 14:30 pm - 23:30 pm, Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

As a Skilled Operator, You Will

  • Supply product in line with customer specifications and production procedures.
  • Manage your own work and ensure productivity, safety, and quality are consistently maintained.
  • Be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of roles depending on business needs.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe working environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and execute tasks to meet production schedules, quality, and safety standards.
  • Handle raw materials and perform manual tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure correct product flow from storage to processing areas, maintaining traceability.
  • Record product movements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support new product introductions and yield optimisation.
  • Work within Technical, Health & Safety, Quality, and Food Safety guidelines.
  • Suggest and support improvements in processes and procedures.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of food safety, H&S procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with equipment, process monitoring, and QAS systems.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
