Interview date: Week Commencing 28 September 2026

We are searching for a skilled, motivated, and dependable Plumber to fill our Skilled Tradesperson role, carrying out repairs and maintenance across our housing stock.

You will be diving into a mix of tasks, from tackling reactive maintenance and plumbing repairs to preparing vacant properties for new tenants, helping to create better living spaces for our customers.

You will ensure work is completed to a high standard by following instructions and prioritising health and safety at all times.

You will utilise a keen eye for detail to assess completed work and ensure it meets the standards set, both in terms of the quality of workmanship and the service we deliver to tenants.

We invite applications from individuals with City & Guilds or NVQ plumbing qualifications, or those with demonstrable experience within the plumbing trade, who are eager to further develop their skills. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience and be confident working across a range of domestic plumbing repairs and installations.

If you're organised, motivated, and committed to contributing to a high-quality service, we encourage you to apply.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
