Help Shape Scotland's Future Workforce
At Skills Development Scotland (SDS), we're passionate about helping people develop the skills they need to succeed. We're looking for a Skills Investment Adviser to join our National Training Programmes Operations team and help drive the success of Foundation and Modern Apprenticeships across Scotland.
What You'll Do
You'll manage a portfolio of apprenticeship contracts, working closely with learning providers, employers, and colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery and positive outcomes for learners.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing provider performance and quality improvement activities
- Analysing data and reviewing outcomes
- Building strong stakeholder relationships
- Supporting continuous improvement through evidence-based recommendations
- Contributing to national initiatives and partnership activities
We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:
- Contract, account, or project management
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Data analysis and performance monitoring
- Report writing and evidence-based decision making
- Influencing and driving continuous improvement
