The Company
Skin Rocks is a movement. A living, breathing, people-gathering energy that demystifies skincare so that everyone knows what to use and when to use it. Our mission? We are here to share science so that people understand why Skin Rocks and how to make theirs look and feel its best.
It’s honest, straightforward, jargon-free and refreshingly human. It majors on positivity and accessibility and most importantly, truth. As an educator, Skin Rocks is responsible for keeping faithful to the facts and making sure it always follows the unbreakable rule of Think Science. So that means no maybe’s, shoulds or coulds.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Skincare Specialist, reporting to the Regional Business Manager. You will be skincare obsessed with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care and achieving sales targets. As an expert in skincare, you will be able to talk confidently about the skin and recommend appropriate products for your customer. You must be comfortable and confident with applying product onto customers faces and conducting on counter mini facials which you will receive training on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
