Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Brand Specialist to join our Skoda Dealership in Worcester.
Salaries include basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £33,000.
The Brand Ambassador is a key customer-facing role within the dealership, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment a customer arrives.
Working across Sales, Service and Used Cars departments, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the dealership and manufacturer, ensuring customers receive a warm, professional and knowledgeable welcome while supporting the wider team with daily sales and customer experience activities.
The Brand Ambassador will also play an important role in ensuring the dealership's vehicle displays, digital stock and customer handover experience are maintained to the highest possible standard.
Role And Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Meeting and Greeting - Provide a warm and professional welcome to every customer visiting the dealership.
- Service Customer Contact - Review the service diary daily and proactively contact customers where appropriate.
- Vehicle Display & Dealership Standards - Ensure all new and used vehicle displays are maintained to the required manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Used Vehicle Stock & Digital Platforms - Support the sales teams in ensuring all used vehicles are ready to be marketed.
- Customer Handovers - Support the sales team with new and used vehicle handovers & ensure vehicles are presented to customers in an immaculate condition.
- Product & Technology Knowledge - Maintain a strong and current understanding of the manufacturer's products and technology. Keeping up to date with new and used vehicle product information & understanding the latest vehicle technology, infotainment and connectivity systems.
- Sales Support - Although the Brand Ambassador is primarily a customer experience role, they will actively support the sales team.

About You
The role requires someone who is highly organised, confident, enthusiastic and passionate about cars and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- You don't need to be from the motor industry; however you will have a proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people.
- You will hold a valid UK driver's licence.
- Whichever industry your experience was gained, ultimately you will hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
