Job Description

Role/Team Overview

Work as a key member of the Governance team to maintain effective processes and controls across Sky Media. The role focuses on running established governance activities, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring consistent execution and evidencing of our governance framework.

You will work closely with teams across Sky Media Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Sales to solve problems across the Sky Media business, coordinating with others across the wider team to ensure processes are followed, controls are operated effectively, and governance requirements are met day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

  • Uphold the operation of governance processes and controls across the end-to-end Sky Media revenue cycle (deal creation, campaign booking, delivery), ensuring adherence to defined procedures focusing on process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly control review process, performing confirming support necessary for first stage review, and resolving or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support the Governance team to coordinate audit processes, facilitating the provision of audit evidence to internal and external auditors.
  • Facilitate the completion and maintenance of process documentation, including control descriptions, process maps, and guidance materials to warrant clarity and consistency.
  • Own and maintain governance trackers (e.g. control logs, change registers, action trackers) to support visibility and follow-up of key activities.
  • Work with stakeholders across the wider Sky Media business, coordinating with others across the wider team to ensure processes are understood and followed, controls are operated effectively, and governance requirements are met day-to-day.
  • Support the wider Sky Media team in identifying process gaps or inefficiencies, solving complex problems, and leading on improvement projects.
  • Provide operational support to governance reviews, data compliance and risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Provide expertise and knowledge, acting as a reliable point of contact on queries relating to governance processes and controls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
