Job Description
Join an on-demand data centre support team as an Independent Contractor delivering Remote Hands and break-fix services under SLA. This role provides a £500 monthly retainer for up to 10 hours, plus hourly pay for extras and £32 travel per visit. Handle 12-hour day or night shifts on-site, troubleshooting servers, replacing hardware and cables, rotating media, and updating tickets.

Requirements
- Data centre Remote Hands and server hardware experience
- Component replacement, break-fix, and cable skills
- Enterprise infrastructure exposure (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, HPE, Dell, Lenovo)
- Strong responsiveness and SLA compliance
