Provide on-demand Data Centre Remote Hands support at a local data centre. Troubleshoot enterprise server hardware, perform break-fix tasks, cabling and visual checks while collaborating with remote teams to restore services swiftly under strict SLAs. Requirements
- Hands-on data centre or Remote Hands experience
- Troubleshooting enterprise server hardware from HPE, Dell or Lenovo
- Structured cabling and break-fix support
- Meet strict response and attendance SLAs
- Clear communication and independent working
