About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Dunbia West Devon at our Hatherleigh site, working for an established company within the food production industry in our busy cattle abattoir.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
All PPE and equipment required for the role will be supplied at no extra cost to you.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00am, with a pay range of £12.71 - £14.03 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of roles within the cattle abattoir.
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment in line with operational requirements.
- Work closely with the manager and wider team to achieve departmental targets.
- Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food Safety in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

Please note this role is based at our Hatherleigh site. Candidates should ensure they have suitable transport arrangements to reliably travel to and from the site for the required working hours.
