Peak is building a new model of preventative healthcare, designed to help people live healthier for longer.
We are building it with Dr Missagh Fini, whose practice includes Premier League football clubs, Formula One drivers and high-profile public figures in TV/film and music. The ambition is to take that elite standard of preventative care and make it accessible to everyone.
Members receive comprehensive health testing and ongoing, chat-based, asynchronous access to a dedicated doctor who helps them understand what their results mean, decide what to prioritise, and stay on track as their health evolves. They also have direct access to a personal trainer, nutritionist and other specialists, giving each member their own multi-disciplinary team with the high touch support to make meaningful, lasting changes.
We have raised the largest healthcare pre-seed round in the UK, backed by four repeat founders and an exceptional investor group. The goal? To build a trailblazer in healthcare that revolutionises how we approach (and prevent) disease. This will set the standard globally for the generations that follow.
The Role
You'll be the sleep specialist for a panel of Peak members. You'll review sleep diagnostics, including data from portable polysomnography devices such as WatchPAT, SleepImage and Sunrise, interpret results, write clear recommendations, answer member questions, and support behaviour change based on what the results show.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Care is delivered asynchronously through written reports and messaging. You'll work within Peak's clinical playbooks and pathways, alongside doctors, PTs, nutritionists and other specialists, escalating to a doctor where clinical judgement is needed.
The role starts at around 10 hours per week, with a clear path to more hours and responsibility as the clinical team grows.
What you'll be responsible for
- Reviewing sleep diagnostics from portable polysomnography devices (e.g. WatchPAT, SleepImage, Sunrise) and producing clear, personalised written reports.
- Being a consistent point of contact for members over time: answering questions, helping them prioritise, keeping them on track.
- Advising on sleep behaviour and lifestyle changes based on results.
- Recognising when a member needs escalation or referral to a doctor.
- Working within Peak's clinical playbooks and pathways, and feeding back where they could be improved.
- Collaborating with doctors, PTs, nutritionists and specialists so each member's care joins up.
Who you are
You're a Sleep Physiologist (Band 6 or above, or equivalent private sector experience) who enjoys the clinical work but is tired of the constraints of how it's usually delivered.
You're confident interpreting data from portable sleep diagnostic devices and explaining what it means in plain English. You write well and know how to build rapport through messaging, since Peak is an asynchronous service.

- Excellent written communication, confident delivering care asynchronously
- Reliable and self-directed, with the discipline to work effectively remotely
- Available for around 10 hours per week to start

- Background in remote or digital-first care, such as report-writing or messaging-based platforms
- Experience working in a private or preventative healthcare setting
