About the Role

This is a great role for a very trend-led and established womenswear-focused sleepwear designer.

With the stability of a solid setup, you will be working closely with the head of department on showroom ranges and also have the ability to design into customer high fashion accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up-to-date trends.
  • Being aware of innovation across fabrics.
  • Creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs.
  • Producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development.
  • Communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia.
  • Overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.
