Job Summary
The Slickline Field Specialist is responsible for supervising and delivering safe, efficient, and reliable slickline intervention operations offshore. Acting as the onsite technical lead, the specialist ensures high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and successful intervention outcomes while maintaining compliance with customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise and execute offshore slickline operations in accordance with approved procedures and customer requirements.
- Lead the rig-up, operation, maintenance, and rig-down of slickline and pressure control equipment.
- Perform slickline interventions, including setting and retrieving downhole tools, plugs, valves, locks, and gauges.
- Ensure accurate reporting of operational activities and job results.
- Identify and manage operational risks through effective planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimise downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior personnel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.

Essential Requirements
- Strong background in a comparable role, within offshore slickline operations.
- The right to work in the UK.
