Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Slot Host to join our Electronic Gaming team. You’ll be the friendly face of the slots floor, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring the smooth running of all electronic gaming operations and providing the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in using slot machines and electronic games.
- Provide guidance on gameplay, machine features, and promotions.
- Monitor the slots area to ensure machines are functioning correctly.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the technical, security, and gaming teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- You must have one year of experience working as a Slot Host in a similar environment.
- Confidence using technology and explaining it to others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- You must be over 18 years of age.
