Easipetcare Kettering has been proudly serving the local community since 2010. As a single-site practice, we’ve built lasting relationships with our clients and their pets, and we’re known for our approachable, down-to-earth service.
Our purpose-built practice includes four consultation rooms, a bright and welcoming reception area with separate cat and dog waiting spaces, a theatre and preparation room, imaging suite, in-house laboratory, and dedicated kennel, cattery and isolation areas. You’ll also find a shared office for admin work and a kitchen and plenty of tea and coffee to keep you going.
Practice Highlights
Our caseload is diverse, covering dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and other small furries, giving you a great balance between consultations and surgery. Routine procedures include spays, castrates, lump removals, and dentistry, as well as a range of soft tissue surgeries. We have excellent working relationships with local referral centres, ensuring our patients always receive the best possible care.
You’ll have access to high-quality equipment including ultrasound, digital X-ray, an in-house IDEXX lab, electro-surgical unit, multi-parameter monitors, and a capnograph alongside everything you need to perform at your best.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
Key Responsibilities
We understand that life doesn’t stop outside of work, which is why we offer flexibility to help you achieve a great balance. A full-time role typically involves 40 hours per week across four days, with a shared Saturday rota of 1:3 (9am–12pm) and time off in lieu. Part-time applications are also warmly welcomed.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of three vets, six RVNs, one ANA, and five receptionists, supported by visiting specialists in orthopaedics and cardiology. Our nurses play an active role in consultations and surgery, creating a collaborative and caring environment where everyone’s skills are valued.

We also believe in giving back with our team working closely with charities such as Blue Cross, Cats Protection, and several local animal welfare organisations.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You are a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care. You’ll bring:
- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care
