Assembly Work
Independently and collaboratively assembly parts and sub-assemblies according to print specifications and standard work instructions.
Safety Compliance
Strictly adhere to and actively promote all Meyn safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Attendance and Punctuality
Maintain excellent attendance and consistently arrive to work on time.
Quality Assurance
Perform required inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meet specification standards.

High School Diploma/GED
Experience
1-2 Years of Assembly experience
Functional Skills
Blueprint & Instruction Literacy
Ability to read and comprehend technical prints and standard work instructions.
Measurement Proficiency
Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.

Computer Literacy
Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, or accessing digital work instructions.
Tool Handling
Proficient in using hand tools including hammers, wrenches, grinders, and pneumatic (air) tools.
Physical Stamina
Capable of standing for extended periods (8–10 hours per day).
Forklift Operation
Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for certain roles.
