About The Role
We are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every learner can thrive. As part of our ambitious Small Changes BIG Impact (SCBI) Strategy, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, innovative and learner-focused SCBI Coaches to help embed inclusive practice across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role, working directly with learners and teaching staff to ensure that students with SEND and additional learning needs can access high-quality, inclusive learning within mainstream provision. As an SCBI Coach, you will work across all provision types, providing real-time coaching, intervention and support that helps teachers create inclusive classrooms and enables learners to succeed. You will support the early identification of learner needs and work collaboratively with curriculum, pastoral and Learning Support teams to implement inclusive strategies that remove barriers to learning, promote positive outcomes and embed the principle that every teacher is a teacher of SEND.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
