Early Mornings | Community-Focused | Build Something Meaningful
Join a team that believes fitness should change lives — not just bodies.
At Chanctonbury Leisure Centre, we are more than a gym. We are a charitable community facility dedicated to improving health, wellbeing, confidence, and connection for people of all ages and abilities.
We are now searching for an exceptional Small Group Personal Trainer to lead and grow our early morning training community.
This is not just another PT role.
This is an opportunity to build a respected coaching brand within a facility that genuinely cares about people, values relationships over ego, and believes exercise should be accessible, inspiring, and transformational.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and people-first coach who thrives in creating an outstanding member experience.
- You will take ownership of our small group training offer — designing programmes, delivering high-quality sessions, and building a culture that members cannot wait to be part of.
- You will be the face of our early morning community.
- The person members trust.
- The coach who motivates them at 6am.
- The reason they keep showing up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
