Hi
We are seeking a kitchen chef for a small kitchen in our city centre cafe/restaurant.
This is a 1 person kitchen, suited to junior level with existing competence seeking responsibility without pressure of bigger establishments.
- We run a menu including breakfast (bacon rolls, brunch (eggs benedict, turkish eggs) and all day items (bagels, salads, paninis). We make almost everything fresh in house.
- The chef is responsible for stock management, hygiene standards and communication with management on a daily basis.
- We need a consistent member of the team who can bring a responsible and calm head to the kitchen environment.

The role is for 2 - 3 days weekly (Sunday and Monday essential) and cover shifts. There may be scope to grow this to full-time 3 months from now at this location.
