Current Vacancy: Small Works Coordinator

Location: High Wycombe, Bucks, HP14 4XE (with necessary travel to Brize Norton)

Contract: Full time, permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary:£30,000-£35,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll coordinate small refurbishment and maintenance projects, from start to finish. You will:

  • Manage project planning, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Maintain accurate asset information within our CAFM system
  • Engage with contractors, internal colleagues, and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Ensure performance and progress reporting adheres to process and documentation standards

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where organisation, accuracy, and effective communication are essential.


Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience (preferably in a multi-functional environment)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Excel) and CAFM systems
  • zweiterHandling complex queries and maintaining smooth information flow between teams
  • Proactive in problem-solving, adaptability, and staying calm under pressure
  • Experience in housing, property services, or property maintenance (desirable)
  • Confidence in managing workload and working independently
