Role Description
The Small Works Project Delivery Manager North is a full-time, remote-based role ideally located in the East or West Midlands, responsible for overseeing the delivery of small works security projects from initiation to completion. The role involves planning and coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Liaising with clients and internal teams
- Organizing logistics for materials and equipment
- Monitoring progress to resolve issues or delays
- Overseeing inspections and quality checks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and company procedures

This position also requires regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including Project Management, planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Expediting capabilities, such as Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage schedules, orders, and supplier follow-up.
- Inspection skills, including conducting site inspections, quality checks, and compliance verification.
- Logistics Management skills to organize materials, equipment, and resource allocation across multiple small works projects.
- Experience in security, construction, or technology-related project delivery is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management and office software, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Relevant vocational qualification or degree in project management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial, along with a valid UK driving license.
