We’re Hiring: Smart Agile Mobile Officer
📍 Location: Bournemouth
💰 Pay: £15.04 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30 | Saturday, 07:30 – 13:30 (56 hours per week)

As a Smart Agile Mobile Officer, you will provide a visible security presence across multiple client sites, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of safety and security. This varied, field-based role requires strong time management, route-planning, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Working independently, the Smart Agile Mobile Officer will respond to incidents, support clients, and manage access and vehicle control across the designated area. As a professional Smart Agile Mobile Officer, you will act as a company ambassador, demonstrating reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
Job Description
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Maintain a visible security presence and deliver excellent customer service.
- Patrol assigned sites and respond to incidents in line with site procedures.
- Control access, monitor CCTV systems, and support site safety and security.
- Record incidents, hazards, and security-related activity accurately.
- Support evacuations and emergency responses when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high operational standards.
- Ensure all records and reports are clear, accurate, and up to date.
- Follow instructions from the Security Manager or Supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies and values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Carry out all duties safely, securely, and in line with company expectations.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence
- Valid Full UK driving licence
- Must have a 5‑year checkable employment history, including study or gaps
- Able to pass Police Vetting and a DBS check
- Able to pass Company vetting
- Right to work in the UK
You will be a professional, reliable, and approachable individual with strong communication and customer service skills. You can build positive relationships, work calmly under pressure, and communicate clearly and courteously with customers and colleagues. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, you demonstrate excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism in secure environments. You are dependable, flexible to work various shift patterns and in all weather conditions, and committed to upholding the company’s values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness
