Location: Fully Remote (Traveling to the client manufacturing sites will be required – around 1-2 trips per quarter)
Role Type: Contract Position Inside IR35
Description:
This is a key role within Client's Smart Lab Transformation Programme, responsible for identifying, shaping, validating and industrializing digital transformation initiatives that enable more connected, automated and insight-driven Quality Control laboratories.
The role will lead digital innovation from early concept through to proof of concept, proof of value, pilot execution and enterprise scale-out. It will ensure that digital solutions are not only technically viable, but operationally relevant, value-led, repeatable and suitable for adoption across the wider laboratory network.

- Lead POCs, POVs and Pilots from Concept to Decision
- Establish an Enterprise Scale-Out Framework
- Create the Smart Lab Industrialization Playbook
- Establish Business Ownership Transfer Mechanisms
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery and Alignment
- Measure and Demonstrate Value Realization
- Shape the Smart Lab Digital Transformation Roadmap
