SMART Repair Technician Maidstone
We are recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Automotive Repair Technician to join a busy bodyshop in Maidstone. Applicants must have previous accident or cosmetic repair experience, strong practical SMART repair skills and the right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
- Location: Maidstone
- Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic DOE
- OTE: Up to £40,000
- Hours: 42 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

SMART Repair Technician Role
- Carry out cosmetic and SMART repairs on damaged vehicles
- Strip, refurbish and fit components as required
- Complete a variety of vehicle cosmetic repair work
- Repair vehicles in line with required manufacturer specifications
- Work as a multi-skilled member of the bodyshop team
- Use appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of workmanship across all completed repairs

SMART Repair Technician Requirements
- Previous accident repair or cosmetic vehicle repair experience
- Experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or similar
- Strong practical ability across a range of SMART and cosmetic repairs
- Experience stripping, refurbishing and fitting vehicle components
- Ability to follow manufacturer repair procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of bodyshop health and safety requirements
- Right to work in the UK
