About the Role
Are you an account manager (or looking to become one) with a passion for driving customer success? Bullhorn, the industry leader in cloud-based CRM and operations solutions for the staffing industry, is looking to grow its team of Account Managers. As an Account Manager, your mission is to ensure that your assigned SMB (small & medium business) customers remain committed Bullhorn clients and advocates as they get the most out of their Bullhorn solution. You ‘own’ the customer relationship after onboarding, for as long as they are a Bullhorn client! You are also responsible for recommending and selling white space products and upgrades.

A typical day will include:
- Facilitating check-in meetings with your customers to review their satisfaction and success.
- Sharing tips for better use of Bullhorn with your customers.
- Responding to customer questions/concerns on a variety of topics.
- Assisting customers through any challenges they might have, and serving as point-person for escalations.
- Identifying opportunities for customers to benefit from additional Bullhorn and Marketplace partner capabilities.
- Serving as the customer’s post-onboarding point-of-contact for adoption and usage questions.
- Guiding customers through and negotiating their contract renewals.
- Acting as the voice of your customers back to the rest of Bullhorn.
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring prompt follow-up to any open issues.
- Reporting to Bullhorn management on the status of your assigned customers.
This role is a fit for you if you:
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Have experience selling.
- Show demonstrable passion for customer service and success.
- Are an excellent communicator and quick to build rapport.
- Are empathetic and positive, even in the face of challenges.
- Are comfortable setting and managing expectations with a variety of personality types.
- Handle ambiguity well and are self-directed - the best Account Managers work hard to find their own best approach.
- Are highly organized and can juggle a large number of assigned accounts effectively.
- Can focus your efforts and work efficiently - you will have many customers and only so many hours in the day!
- Are excited by a fast-paced environment that constantly changes to suit customer need.
- Are a quick learner of new technologies.
- Are ready to continually grow, stretch, and learn!
