The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
We’re looking for a Senior SMB Campaign Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution and content development across the EMEA Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment.
This is a hands-on role for a strategic, highly organised marketer who can turn marketing strategy into impactful execution. You’ll work across marketing, sales, partners, agencies, startups, and the wider technology ecosystem to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, customer stories, and pipeline growth.

What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end development of customer and founder stories, including case studies, video, social content, and other marketing assets.
- Translate campaign strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, workflows, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage creative and production agencies and oversee campaign assets from brief through to launch and optimisation.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, partnerships, VCs, accelerators, and external agencies.
- Support regional events, launches, digital experiences, and ecosystem activations across EMEA.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel progression, and pipeline impact.
- Use AI-enabled content and marketing tools to improve content development, personalisation, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure campaign operations follow relevant data privacy and compliance requirements.

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ senior B2B marketing experience in technology, cloud, SaaS, or another high-growth environment.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
- Strong understanding of startups, founder communities, VCs, accelerators, and the EMEA technology ecosystem.
- Excellent project, stakeholder, agency, and content management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing operations platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong digital and AI fluency, with an understanding of modern content and marketing technologies.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to funnel progression and pipeline.
- Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
Location & Working Model
Remote – EMEA
Potential locations include Poland, Portugal, and South Africa as part of a potential Centre of Excellence model.
Some travel across EMEA will be required for customer meetings, events, conferences, and team activities.
