Responsibilities
- Agree your 'Industry Lines' in which you have credibility and experience to offer clients.
- Find SME and Common Interest Economy Clients (EOT, CIC, Charity, NFP etc) where long-term independence, success, and sustainability matter.
- Offer and sell, typically annual, individual director development role form programmes and collective statutory or trading/operating board formation programmes.
- Deliver up to 10 whole-day coach-training-facilitation sessions per programme per annum.
- Leave your delegates equipped for their career as directors, grounded in the principles of sustainable business.

Qualifications & Experience

- Credibility, Personality & Experience - but low ego.
- Coach-Training-Facilitating-Speaking qualifications - will help.
- Rounded Business Knowledge - you need to be a generalist that can go anywhere in a business & economic context. No board discussion is outside of your remit.
- Wisdom, Judgement & Influence - you hold the livelihoods of all people and the future for whole businesses within the wake of your behaviours & actions. Nothing other than life's integrity will do.
- Minimum of 20 years full business life-cycle experience; start-up, growth, cash-cow, decline, close.
