SME Sales Executive – B2B SaaS
£30,000 base + 50% OTE
Leeds | Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office
Are you currently working as an SDR or BDR and ready to take the next step into a full sales-cycle role?
I’m working with a growing B2B SaaS business looking to hire an SME Sales Executive into their commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in new business development and now wants the chance to own the sales process from initial conversation through to close.
You’ll be working with SME customers, managing a relatively fast-paced sales cycle of around one month, with deal values typically up to £5k and an annual target of circa £150k.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
