Great sales teams are built through clear direction, strong coaching and a focus on delivering great outcomes for both our customers and the business. As SME Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving JT's performance across the SME market, helping us win new business, strengthen customer relationships and grow our market presence.
Working across a diverse customer base, you'll identify opportunities for growth, translate market insight into action and ensure your team is focused on the activities that deliver the greatest impact. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to support customer acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
