Our successful Corporate Fleet Sales Team in Kidlington is looking for a Corporate Sales Fleet Administrator to join the Mercedes-Benz division. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-performing team within a business that is committed to supporting your personal and professional development every step of the way.

As a vital part of the fleet sales operation, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are prepared, processed, and delivered efficiently to our National and Local Business customers. Your work will directly contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest manufacturer and compliance standards.

What you'll do day to day

As our Corporate Sales Fleet Administrator, you'll take ownership of the vehicle journey from order to delivery, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the preparation and delivery process of fleet vehicles to customers
  • Checking vehicle specifications thoroughly to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Pre-Delivery phone calls with customers
  • Assist with gathering customer ID etc, prior to delivery
  • Ordering vehicle delivery packs and coordinating customer communications
  • Booking Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) with the Service Department
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately before vehicle delivery
  • Providing quotation support to our network when required with our leasing partners
  • Uploading finance documentation and order forms into Fleetbase / OEM systems
  • Conducting compliance and audit checks in line with company and manufacturer standards
  • Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm vehicle deliveries
  • Proactively managing vehicle stock to minimise on-site vehicle holding times
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey

Helpful skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Fleet Administration role
  • Experience working with multiple IT systems and databases
  • Strong customer service skills with experience dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
