Renaissance Advisory is bidding for an Inclusive Growth Services Framework, a long-term £70m public framework serving the partners and boroughs around a growing and high-potential regeneration area in London. We are looking for a small number of consultants to join us as subcontractors.
Role Description - SME Ecosystem Business Support: The SME Support Consultants for an inclusive growth support required role is a contractor, on-site/hybrid position based in London. Designing and running support for SMEs, founders and freelancers: accelerators, cohort programmes, growth diagnostics and mentoring.
Who we're looking for:
- People with delivered experience in business support, enterprise, incubation or accelerator design
- Track record with SMEs, founders or freelancers through funded or public programmes, ideally in London or comparable urban contexts

The consultant will collaborate with colleagues to design inclusive growth approaches, monitor progress against agreed plans, and prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through responsive support, clear communication, and a focus on sustainable, equitable outcomes, interaction and engagement with stakeholders while acting as a bridge between private and public sector requirements.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial and operational data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Customer oriented focus and superior Customer Satisfaction skills to build trusted relationships with SME clients, sponsors and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to help clients adopt and use tools, systems, and processes that enable business transformation and growth.
- Consulting skills honed in preeminent advisory firms are required for the candidate to be able to structure client engagements, facilitate workshops, and deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
- Relevant experience working with SMEs, private equity portfolio companies, or corporates on growth or turnaround projects is beneficial.
- Strong English language communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, are required.
- A degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple engagements and/or workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment is expected.
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions as a contractor and without sponsorship now or in the future
