We're hiring: SMF16 Compliance Officer (part-time, fixed-term) — InHeritage Marketing Limited

(UK-based remote role. Candidates based in London, Kent, or the South East are preferred, with occasional travel to [office/meeting location] as required)

Getting a new FCA-authorised firm right, from day one, is not a compliance afterthought. It's the whole job.

InHeritage Marketing Limited is preparing an application for FCA authorisation as a non-advised insurance distributor inside InHeritage Group — the trusted team that has helped hundreds of thousands of families plan for what matters, for over 20 years. On authorisation, the Firm will distribute InHeritage Protect, an estate cost protection product, to our existing and future clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Work directly with the CEO, Board, and the proposed SMF17 to shape the second-line surface for year one
  • Own financial promotions, Consumer Duty, product governance, and outsourcing oversight in a single-product, single-channel firm where the perimeter is tight and the work is genuine
  • Do this at part-time cadence (2–3 days per week), on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the option to extend
