About Stagwell Media Platform

Stagwell Media Platform is the technology and services backbone of Stagwell Inc., one of the world's fastest-growing global marketing networks. We build and operate the shared platforms, capabilities, and infrastructure that power Stagwell's agency brands—enabling data-driven, digitally integrated marketing at scale for some of the world's most ambitious companies.

Overview

This is a high-impact, London-based Programme Director role, reporting directly to the Global CEO of Stagwell Media Platform. As a senior individual contributor, you will:

  • Own the delivery of the organisation's most critical tactical and strategic business transformation programmes, operating across a globally dispersed, senior stakeholder landscape spanning the US, UK, and beyond.
  • Drive agency-wide change without managing a large team—you will be the one moving the organisation.
  • Require someone who combines rigorous programme discipline with commercial and political acumen, helping to build trust across levels while knowing precisely when to push, when to escalate, and how to do so strategically.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Governance

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical transformation programmes, ensuring:
    • Milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed.
    • Robust programme governance frameworks (workplans, RAID logs, status reporting, executive dashboards) are defined and maintained—primarily in Adobe Workfront.
    • Cross-functional workstreams deliver accountability with relentless focus on outcomes and deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
