Role Description
The Snowball Agent role is an on-site position based in the United Kingdom. Snowball Agents visit venues and locations to assess accessibility, gather detailed information, and document their findings in a clear and user-friendly format for the platform. They engage with venue staff and community members, ask structured questions, and verify accessibility features to ensure accurate and trustworthy listings. Agents may take photos, collect notes, and input data into the system, following established guidelines and standards. The role also involves providing feedback to improve data collection processes, supporting community outreach, and contributing ideas that enhance the overall user experience for the disabled community.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow structured guidelines and checklists.
- Previous experience in customer service, community work, or accessibility-related roles is beneficial but not required.
