Experis' Client is Looking for an Experienced Data Engineer
Experis' client are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a leading Investment organisation on a major regulatory and business transformation programme focused on Portfolio Suitability.
This is an Inside IR35 contract opportunity, for a 6-month duration. Candidates must be able to work from one of the client's offices in London, Liverpool, or Glasgow at least 3 days per week.

Essential Skills
- Expert-level Snowflake experience
- Strong dbt (Data Build Tool) expertise
- Star Schema data modelling
- Experience with time-series market data and financial data ingestion
- Data engineering experience within financial services
- Experience working in risk-related environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Modern Engineering Environment
The organisation is investing heavily in modern engineering practices and tooling, including:
- Snowflake Cortex AI
- GitHub Enterprise
- AI-assisted development workflows
- Modern cloud data engineering capabilities
