Senior Brand Partnerships Lead
This is a senior, high-visibility role owning our most sophisticated brand partnerships end-to-end. You will lead Tier 1 custom executions — the bespoke, IP-led integrations that represent the pinnacle of what we offer advertisers — taking them from concept through creative development, cross-functional alignment and delivery. You will also run our custom-integration think tank: the engine that invents, pressure-tests and scales new partnership formats. You will be the connective tissue between commercial ambition and creative execution, and a trusted senior partner to teams across PVI Marketing, Amazon Ads, Studios and Brand Innovation Lab.
Key Job Responsibilities
Tier 1 Custom Executions
- Own Tier 1 brand partnerships and custom executions end-to-end — from opportunity framing and creative concept through development, production alignment and delivery.
- Lead bespoke, IP-led integrations across EU titles (e.g. custom ad production, co-branded content, product placement and licensing tie-ins), ensuring each is on-brief, on-brand and delivered to a high creative standard.
- Act as the senior day-to-day owner for flagship partnerships, coordinating advertisers, agencies, production partners and internal teams to keep complex, multi-workstream deals on track.
- Manage approvals and creative sign-off for custom assets (e.g. tagged tune-ins, end cards, taglines), securing the right internal and legal clearances.
Custom-Integration Think Tank
- Run the custom-integration think tank — identifying, developing and pressure-testing new partnership formats that extend our offering beyond standard sponsorship.
- Champion innovation and creative ambition while balancing commercial viability, operational feasibility and customer experience.
- Bring market and competitive insight to shape the forward roadmap of custom formats for future slates.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner senior stakeholders across PVI Marketing, Amazon Ads (VSS, Go-to-Market, BIL) and Amazon MGM Studios to align on title selection, creative direction and ways of working.
- Lead co-creation models across PVA, BIL and PVI Marketing, defining a shared north-star vision per partnership and clear ownership through development and production.
- Author operating-model and process documentation, and drive cross-functional forums (title alignment meetings, programme reviews) that keep partners aligned.
- Influence without authority across a complex, matrixed organisation, resolving trade-offs between creative, commercial and operational priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
