Snr Customer Experience Professional - Temp Maternity Cover

We have an opportunity for a Snr Customer Experience Professional - Temp Maternity Cover to join our Portsmouth, Hampshire, United Kingdom. You will:

  • Provide responsive, proactive support to Account Managers and customers.
  • Maintain clear ownership and follow-up across requests to help prevent delays.
  • Coordinate effectively across customers, sales teams, factories and other internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SPR Renewal Support: Process SPR renewals in Salesforce once the Account Manager has provided the forecast, all required SKUs and clear processing instructions. Proactively track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion. Once documentation is ready for signature, send it to the customer, copying the Account Manager. Upon receipt of the signed contract, transfer the opportunity back to the Account Manager for scheduling. Proactively notify Account Managers of upcoming SPR expirations 90 days in advance.
  • NDA Processing: Support NDA processing through Leap. Monitor progress, follow up with relevant stakeholders and help drive requests through to completion.
  • ETR Requests: Submit and follow up on ETR requests based on the business justification provided by the Account Manager. Track requests through to completion and follow up where necessary.
  • Sales Support: Work with the Principal Channel Excellence Specialist (Eric) to support timely processing, tracking and logging of sales contracts. Encourage and guide customers towards using the ECOM platform, helping to increase adoption of the digital ordering process. Support Book & Turn activity by proactively reaching out to accounts as requested, including capacity-driven outreach campaigns. Facilitate customer access to the 590C Sales Organisation. Support the extension of SKUs to 2621 for accounts with the appropriate 2621 access.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Experience in a Customer Sales Support, Commercial, Sales Operations or customer-facing support role. Strong customer service skills with a professional, diligent and solutions-focused approach to resolving customer and commercial issues.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook.
  • Experience or working knowledge of key business systems, including SAP, LEAP, Jira, Power BI or Salesforce / SFDC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, Account Managers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up proactively and drive actions through to completion. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling customer information, contracts, pricing and commercial documentation.
  • Ability to investigate issues, engage the appropriate stakeholders and maintain ownership through to resolution. Confidence communicating directly with customers while keeping relevant Account Managers informed and involved.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and recognize when an issue requires escalation. A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to support a broad range of sales, customer and commercial activities.
