JOB SUMMARY:

Senior Director - Enterprise UK&I

Are you a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in the Data industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Segment team in NetApp UK. Join a leading player in the storage industry, where you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the enterprise market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of sales professionals focused on the Enterprise Segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored NetApp solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align strategies and drive customer success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Drive sales excellence by implementing best practices, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the technology industry, preferably with experience in enterprise segment sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of storage, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud solutions and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise market dynamics, customer pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, driving them towards achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within Enterprise.
  • Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
  • Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, and/or Cloud
