Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (Buckinghamshire)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £80,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing technology consultancy specialising in Microsoft business applications and digital transformation. Working with organisations across both the private and public sectors, you will lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and working closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology implementation projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate project resources and monitor utilisation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, commercial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Produce regular project status reports and communicate progress to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across consultants, developers, business analysts, and client teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout delivery.
  • Oversee successful transition of completed projects into ongoing support and operational teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, delivery standards, and governance.
  • Support internal business improvement initiatives where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
