Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead treasury activities across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region while serving as an integral member of DRiV's Global Treasury organization. This position will be responsible for regional liquidity management, banking operations, cash forecasting, foreign exchange execution, treasury governance, and financial risk management across multiple countries and legal entities. The Sr. Treasury Manager will act as the primary liaison between EMEA finance leadership and Global Treasury, partnering closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Shared Services, FP&A, and Corporate Treasury. The role will also support strategic treasury initiatives including banking optimization, cash pooling, treasury technology, cross-border funding, treasury transformation, and process standardization as DRiV continues building a world-class Treasury organization.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management

  • Lead regional liquidity planning across EMEA legal entities.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and optimize regional liquidity.
  • Coordinate regional funding requirements with Global Treasury.
  • Support working capital initiatives to improve cash conversion.
  • Partner with Shared Services and local finance teams to optimize cash management processes.

Banking & Cash Management

  • Manage relationships with regional banking partners.
  • Lead regional bank account administration, including:
    • Opening and closing accounts
    • Signatory management
    • Electronic banking administration
    • Bank documentation
    • Cash management products
  • Drive bank account rationalization and banking efficiency initiatives.
  • Monitor banking fees and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
  • Support treasury technology initiatives including Host-to-Host connectivity, payment automation, and treasury management system enhancements.

Treasury Strategy & Financial Risk Management

  • Execute approved foreign exchange transactions.
  • Monitor regional foreign currency exposures and collaborate with Global Treasury on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support regional debt management, intercompany funding, and liquidity optimization.
  • Coordinate cash repatriation, intercompany netting, and regional cash pooling initiatives in partnership with Tax and Accounting.

Treasury Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Global Treasury policies, internal controls, and local banking regulations.
  • Maintain treasury documentation, bank mandates, and authorized signatory records.
  • Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance activities.
  • Drive standardization of treasury policies and procedures across the EMEA region.

Insurance & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Serve as the regional Treasury contact for global insurance programs.
  • Coordinate local insurance renewals and claims with Corporate Risk Management and insurance brokers.
  • Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, FP&A, Shared Services, and regional finance leadership to support treasury initiatives.
  • Act as the primary Treasury representative for EMEA within the Global Treasury organization.

Treasury Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead regional treasury improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of treasury technology and automation solutions.
  • Drive process simplification, standardization, and best practices across EMEA.
  • Participate in global treasury projects and support enterprise-wide Treasury transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
  • MBA, Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) qualifications (preferred), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial risk management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of multinational cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and treasury controls.
  • Experience managing banking relationships across multiple countries.
  • Working knowledge of foreign exchange markets, cash pooling, intercompany funding, and treasury technology.
  • Experience with SAP, treasury management systems (Kyriba preferred), and electronic banking platforms.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
