Ever looked at a SOC and thought, I'd design that differently? Here's your chance.

This is your opportunity to take true ownership of our end-to-end SOC architecture defining how our platforms, detections and controls evolve to meet client, regulatory and business needs. You'll play a key role in influencing how our services grow, introducing new technologies and embedding a strong security-by-design culture across everything we do.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in Farnborough.

Please note: you must be eligible for SC and DV clearance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the SOC architecture, ensuring designs, integrations and operating models meet regulatory and assurance requirements.
  • Producing both high- and low-level security control designs, including defining testing requirements.
  • Setting and governing standards for detection content, including rules, use cases and correlation logic.
  • Acting as the technical authority for client security designs and technology roadmaps.
  • Leading SOC maturity initiatives in support of CREST accreditation.
  • Identifying and introducing technologies that enhance analyst effectiveness, including automation and AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
