SOC Manager – DV Cleared | Milton Keynes | On-site
We're supporting a leading consultancy on a secure government programme and are looking for an experienced DV-cleared SOC Manager to lead Security Operations within a highly secure environment.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day SOC operation and analyst team
- Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and threat investigations
- Drive operational improvements, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain SOC processes, playbooks, and service performance

Essential
- Active DV clearance
- Previous SOC leadership/management experience
- Strong SIEM, incident response, and security operations knowledge
- Experience in government, defence, or other secure environments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or similar SIEM experience
- Knowledge of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, or NCSC
- CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or similar certifications

The Details
- 12-month contract
- £625 per day
- Milton Keynes (100% on-site)
- Active DV clearance required
