Job Description
As SOC Manager at CyPro Ltd, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Managed Detection and Response services. Acting as a player-coach, you’ll manage a growing team of analysts, oversee complex incident responses, and drive technical innovation in detection engineering. This is a high-impact leadership role shaping the future of SME cyber defense.

What You Will Do
- Line manage and coach a team of SOC Analysts, conducting regular performance reviews and building clear career development pathways for every member.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of MDR services for a diverse portfolio, acting as the senior technical escalation point for high-severity security incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine detection logic, automate repetitive workflows, and integrate advanced tooling like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.

The ideal candidate
- Proven experience leading or supervising a Security Operations Center (SOC) team within an MSSP, MDR provider, or a complex in-house environment.
- Deep technical expertise in SIEM, EDR/XDR, incident response, and detection engineering, specifically with strong proficiency in Microsoft’s security stack (Sentinel/Defender).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical threats into clear, actionable commercial advice for clients and senior stakeholders.
